1. About the App

ZOHO Food is a local delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants, grocery shops, and delivery partners. We facilitate order placement, payment, and delivery but do not cook, sell, or manufacture food ourselves.

2. User Account

• You must provide accurate information while registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account.
• ZOHO Food is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders and Payments

• Once placed, orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.
• All payments are processed securely through verified third-party gateways.
• ZOHO Food is not responsible for any delay caused by restaurants or delivery partners.
• Prices, taxes, and delivery charges may vary by location.

4. Delivery

We make every effort to deliver your order on time.
However, delivery time may depend on distance, weather, and restaurant preparation.
If delivery cannot be completed, refunds will be processed according to our policy.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds may be issued in case of failed transactions or non-delivery.
• Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 working days.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app or submit false orders.
• Attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Post abusive or illegal content.

Any violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

ZOHO Food acts as a facilitator between customers and vendors.
We are not responsible for:

• Food quality or preparation by restaurants.
• Delivery delays caused by third-party partners.
• Any indirect or incidental damages.
